Digital Wellness
A digital wellbeing program for people who are ready to take back their attention.
A focus on creating a supportive structure with practical tools that can help you reduce overwhelm, reclaim focus, and move forward with more ease.
Digital Wellness
Use of technology that improves your health and wellbeing and enables you to learn, grow, and do something meaningful.
The Problem
You are flooded by messages and notifications across multiple application — Messanger, Whatsapp, Signal, imessage, SMS
There are 14,000 emails in your Inbox and no idea what you are subscribed to or which are most important
Files that are scattered across Google Drive/iCloud/Downloads
Photos, videos and screenshots that are disorganized and taking up too much space
Notes and lists in lots of different locations and disconnected from your workflow
A reading diet that includes doomscrolling and dozens of open tabs
Passwords you can’t find and need to reset
Security practices that you feel uncomfortable with continuing
Social media practices that leave you drained or anxious
This isn’t a personal failure. It’s a response to an environment that is designed to capture your attention.
Who the Course is for
You’ll feel at home here if you are:
Craving structure that is flexible and personalized
Looking for an encouraging environment for changing your habits to be more aligned with your goals and priorities
Wanting support and accountability in making changes in your life that will lead to more balance and wellbeing
Looking for support developing your digital environment including recommended tools and technologies
Ready to create healthier boundaries with technology and protect your time for creative work, learning and deep thinking
Objectives
The Digital Empowerment Framework:
Our work will be focused on creating:
Clarity around how to align your digital life with your values and priorities
Containers that will help you create the infrastructure for digital wellness
Curation of what items, tools and habits you will keep and what will go
Conduct for a digital life in balance including your boundaries and healthy engagement
All work will be done to balance your inner (psycho-social, nervous system) & outer needs (work, family, community)
Together we will create:
A clean digital home base for documents, notes, and files
An email system that reduces stress and decision fatigue
One trusted system for notes, lists, and “open loops”
A news, reading & information rhythm that supports attention (not fragmentation)
A password and security setup that’s simple and safe
A social media & messaging boundary plan aligned with your values
A weekly maintenance ritual (15–45 minutes)
Change You Can Expect
By the end of this program, you can expect:
More spaciousness in your days (less frantic switching, more “one thing at a time”)
Clearer priorities and a weekly rhythm
Stronger boundaries with devices, work, and other people’s urgency
More stable energy (less wired/tired, more regulated and resourced)
A personalized digital well-being plan
Gentle accountability that supports follow-through without shame
