There is something that happens when people come together around hard things that cannot happen alone. Shared presence changes reminds us that our struggles are not individual failures but collective conditions. It builds something researchers call collective efficacy — the felt sense that we, together, are capable of more than any of us could manage on our own.
Alison's workshops are designed for people who want to move together. Drawing on research in emotional processing, behavior change, and group dynamics, each workshop offers a structured yet spacious experience with time to feel, to think, and to act.
All workshops are available in-person and remotely, for groups of any size.

Moving Through the Mess
Sunday, March 9th | 4pm EST / 7 pm PST
Political upheaval. Technological disruption. A news cycle that never stops. It's a lot — and most of us are oscillating between paralysis and panic.
Moving Through the Mess is a one-hour facilitated workshop that uses a research-backed exercise to help you find clarity, locate your own entry point, and take one sustainable step forward. We won't fix the overwhelm. But together, we'll learn to move through it.
You'll leave with something clear that you can actually do in the next seven days and an experience of being witnessed by others, which is proven to improve your ability to take this next step.
Sliding scale $10 - $25 per person. No one turned away for lack of funds.
