Take Your Next Step — Together
There is something that happens when people come together around hard things that cannot happen alone. Shared presence changes reminds us that our struggles are not individual failures but collective conditions. It builds something researchers call collective efficacy — the felt sense that we, together, are capable of more than any of us could manage on our own.
Alison's workshops are designed for people who want to move together. Drawing on research in emotional processing, behavior change, and group dynamics, each workshop offers a structured yet spacious experience with time to feel, to think, and to act.
All workshops are available in-person and remotely, for groups of any size.
After Seder: Processing Grief & Moral Injury
Sunday, April 15th | 4pm PST / 7 pm EST
This Passover, many experienced moments of tension, disconnection, or moral dissonance within their families and communities.
This gathering is a space to pause and tend to what arose: the grief, the rupture, and the deeper questions of belonging and integrity. It is also a chance to experience the beginnings of what may grow into a longer, ongoing space for those seeking deeper support, practice, and community.
It is designed for those who experienced pain, dissonance, or rupture connected to pro-Israel or Zionist perspectives within their families or communities.
Through reflection and shared presence, we’ll begin to explore what it means to navigate these experiences with care.
To protect the integrity of the space, it is not intended for debate or persuasion but for witnessing, honesty and being in complexity together.
